Xavier
The residential tower “Xavier” on the Amsterdam Zuidas was completed in mid-2019. A building that, with its sturdy, yet chic look, would not look out of place in any metropolis.
The high residential and office towers and the diverse range of facilities create a cosmopolitan atmosphere. The 70 meter high residential tower is a connecting element between international office architecture and the typical Dutch residential buildings.

The tower consists of apartments with rental homes on the lower floors and owner-occupied homes at the top.
The houses are getting bigger upwards, varying from 60 m² to a whopping 345 m² penthouse at the top of the crown.
The facades consist of a grid of layered masonry with vertical windows that widen towards the top in the tower. This makes the building increasingly transparent and allows the apartments to benefit more from the spectacular view over the city.
The almost 7000 m2 profiles are coated at IJdema Poedercoating.
